Patient Rights & Responsibilities/Patient Concerns

Patients & Family Concerns

During a hospital visit, patients or their families may have questions or concerns about care, accommodations or other aspects of hospital service. Davis Medical Center and Broaddus Hospital encourage patients and family members to talk about concerns with the nurse, nurse manager or social worker as an essential method of assessing and improving delivery of care. Any patient and/or family member whose expectations concerning hospital care have not been met may register a concern or complaint without fear of reprisal.

We provide TWO options to voice your concerns.

You may contact our Patient Experience Coordinator, Arvela J. Koerner BSN, RN, ACM  at 304.637.3773 or complete/submit the form below.
