Vandalia Health’s Davis Health System Expands Leadership Team with the Addition of Ron Andro
ELKINS, WV (OCTOBER 9, 2024) – Vandalia Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Andro as Senior Vice President of Davis Health System and Chief Administrative Officer of Davis Medical Center.

Beginning in mid-November, Andro will oversee the operations of Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, and Webster Memorial Hospital, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. With over 25 years of experience in hospital operations and executive leadership across various health systems, Andro is well-equipped to lead the continued growth and excellence of Davis Health. Most recently, Andro served as Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Operations Officer for the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and previously in our region served as the President and CEO of West Penn Hospital and Chief Operating Officer of Allegheny General Hospital both in Pittsburgh, PA, part of Allegheny Health Network, among many other leadership roles throughout his career nationally.

Andro holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University, a Master of Science in Human Environmental Science with a focus on Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Management from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago.
