DMC Implements New Visitation & Entry Policy due to COVID-19

EFFECTIVE 3/22/2020 AT 12 A.M. MIDNIGHT
COVID-19 is a serious and ongoing situation. Davis Health System is working with state and local health authorities to closely monitor developments on COVID-19. For the protection and safety of both staff and patients the following changes will occur effective 3/22/2020:
• All Staff and patients will enter Davis Medical Center through the Main Entrance along Gorman Avenue and will go through a mandatory temperature screening.
• This entrance will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Main Entrance will be closed on Sunday.
• Staff coming to work before 6:30 a.m. or after 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday will use the Emergency Department Entrance.
• Staff coming to work on Saturdays before 8:30 a.m. or after 1 p.m. will use the Emergency Department Entrance. On Sundays all staff should use the Emergency Department Entrance.
• The Visitor Entrance (near the Gift Garden) will be closed to all incoming traffic.
EFFECTIVE 3/22/2020 AT 12 A.M. MIDNIGHT
Davis Medical Center will restrict all visitation. No visitors will be permitted in inpatient areas until further notice.
