Davis Medical Center to Host Healthy Heart Forum on Feb. 27

Vandalia Health’s Davis Medical Center invites the community to its Healthy Heart Forum, a special event dedicated to heart health awareness, prevention, and management. The event will take place at 5:30PM, Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the hospital’s MarketPlace. For those unable to attend in person, the forum will also be broadcast live on the Davis Health System Facebook page.
Vandalia Health experts will cover key topics on heart health, including:

“Over-the-Counter Medications and High Blood Pressure” – Learn how common medications can affect heart health and what to watch out for. - Becky Piehler, RN, CCRP, Cardiac Rehab Charge Nurse

“Healthy Year for a Healthy You” – Learn the top ten easiest ways to improve health and longevity throughout the year – and sustain for a lifetime.
