Davis Medical Center has the most trusted team of kid specialists around. From colic to acne, we’ve seen it all.

DMC Pediatricians specialize in providing medical care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. We provide preventive health care for healthy children, medical care for children who are acutely or chronically ill, and care for hospitalized children. Health coaches are always available to help you manage the physical, mental and emotional well-being of your child.

DMC Pediatric patients enjoy the advantage of Advanced Primary Care (APC). In addition to your pediatrician, APC gives your child access to a coordinated team of primary care physicians, specialists, health coaches, and behavioral health, nutrition and pharmaceutical clinicians. Together, this team supports the changing developmental needs of your child from their newborn years through young adulthood.

Newborn through First Year
Your baby’s growth and development during the first year are exciting. We can guide you through baby’s first year by helping you prepare and understand what to expect. Some parents prefer to meet with Dr. Pennington prior to baby’s arrival which is perfectly fine too. Pre-birth consultations are a good opportunity for meeting your newborn’s physician.
