We encourage family members to make advance visits to see the active, caring lifestyle their loved one will enjoy. Mansfield Place is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and also accepts insurance and private pay residents.

Feels like home
Mansfield Place helps residents feel at home and in control of their lives. We encourage residents to bring a few favorite pieces of furniture, watch their regular television programs, enjoy planned activities, have privacy or company, go out with family and friends, and sleep and wake on their own schedules. Residents live in semi-private rooms with an attractive, home-like atmosphere. Each room has its own restroom and a view that overlooks attractively landscaped grounds. A central dining area, family consultation room, beauty shop, measured walking trail and garden and activities room are available.
Caregivers
Our residents benefit from the expertise of a compassionate, qualified staff. Every day they make a difference in the lives of the people in their care. A treatment team of nurses, physical and occupational therapists, a speech/language pathologist, dietitian, a licensed social worker and an activities coordinator all work together with physicians, residents and their families to develop a plan of care tailored to each resident's needs.
