Swing Bed Services

Broaddus Hospital Inpatient area consists of 12 beds that are certified as both Acute Care and Swing Beds.  Swing beds are utilized for patients whose stay is extended to assist with IV therapy or short-term rehabilitation from joint replacement, hip fractures, etc. The average stay is this quiet and relaxed environment is approximately 14 days.
