Davis Health System Volunteer Services
Each year volunteers throughout Davis Health System provide thousands of hours of invaluable service to our patients and staff. In our active and conscientious community, we know that people who want to volunteer have a lot of choices when deciding on where to share their talents and spend their time. That’s why we consider our volunteers among our most valuable resources.
Whether you're a high school or college student volunteer or an adult volunteer, your contribution of time and caring helps make Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, Mansfield Place, and Webster Memorial Hospital better places for our communities.
Volunteer opportunities of 2 to 4 hours begin as early as 6AM and end at 8PM, 7 days a week.
Volunteer Benefits
Our volunteers say the satisfaction they get from helping our patients, visitors and employees is worth far more than the time they commit. It's a gift they give themselves, but there are other benefits as well, including:
- Fellowship with other volunteers
- Seasonal Flu Shot
- Annual Volunteer Appreciation and Recognition Week Celebration
- Free meal with each shift
- Wellness events
- Knowledge of the layout and function of the facilities
